Thai Express Ottawa

Small part of the ‘Thairacha chicken’ for 15$. the taste was ok. not much to say about the staff, except they were present?.

I've been to this store twice and both times have been a disaster. This most recent time I decided to give it a second chance and boy was I wrong. I ordered a chicken pad Thai with just a very little spice and a chicken stir fry with medium spice. Both meals were insanely spicy, both my girlfriend and I couldn't even finish our meals, straight to the garbage. Upon contacting Thai Express we got nothing except a thanks for your feedback no coupon, voucher, discount or refund. Needless to say I won't be a Thai Express customer for a long time and I'm absolutely certainly never coming back to this location.

Amazing place! Great food and friendly staff. Will definitely come here anytime I'm in the Trainyards area.

I have been to many Thai Express locations, but this one is below standards. The Pad Thai tasted awful, soggy and looked like a big lump. The cook needs some training in hygiene as well. Takes off the mask to speak over the food during Covid is not cool. Also, when they poured the noodle into the box, they missed some and used their bare hands to put the noodles back in the box. On top of it all, they did not provide utensils and napkins.

We were shopping at trainyards and didn't feel like cooking when we get home so decided to get food from this location, best decision ever!! Food was delicious and service was great.. took a bit longer to prepare than anticipated but was so worth it!! Happy to go back again and again
