Restaurant bewertenAs a fast food place, Thai Express has a corner on spicy Asian food. The top Yum soup is exceptional. The chicken pad thai is also very good. I eat there every couple of weeks for a quick and delicious lunch, and I can honestly tell you that I have not had a bad meal there.
I've eaten at other Thai Express locations that were a bit better than this location. The food wasn't terrible - and I WILL go back, but it's not the best I've had.Chicken in the Pad Thai is usually tough when it should be nice and tender. All things considered, it's still a pretty good take-out that's a better choice than a greasy burger and fries.
It's not Nits Pad Thai, but Thai Express is second best. This one was good, and it hit the spot. The imperial roll were under a warm light food a bit, and not as crunchy as usual. Still good.
Took one bite and spat chicken out. Wasn't expecting much for a quick fast food bite before a movie, but it was truly bad and tasted off. Brought food back and asked for a refund. Will never, ever go back.
If you want to be completely underwhelmed by Thai food, try the Pad Thai at Thai Express. Hardly any taste, mostly noodles, a far cry from most other Pad Thais I've tried around the world. If street sellers in Thailand can get it so right in cooking on a tiny cart and stove, how can Thai Express get so wrong with all the kitchen facilities and access to ingredients. Suggest someone takes a trip out to see how it should be done.
