Shawarma Express - Ottawa

Nothing was fresh. Everything tasted old and past expiry date. We spent so much money, yet we ate the food in complete disgust. Eventually, I threw it away and decided to have Chinese nearby.Take away: Food was incredibly salty and inedible, vegetables were mushy and not crispy fresh, sauce was slimey and probably old, pita was so chewy like chewing gum.

As tourists we gave the chance, and we were not disappointed ! The owners were nice, all the ingredients and allergies are listed, prices reasonable and the amount of food is perfect ! Highly recommend !

We always make a point of having shawarma when in Ottawa and highly recommend this little place. Friendly staff absolutely delicious shawarma! We ordered beef chicken shawarma wraps. Soooo good! We will definitely be back.
