Milano Pizzeria - Ottawa

An excellent first pizza experience at the Milano on Seneca Street led to a major disappointment the next order. The medium Milano's Special that we ordered for pick-up was a disaster. The flat crust reminded of stale pita. The toppings were all extremely over-cooked. We had trouble distinguishing between the pepperoni and the bacon. Maybe it was a bad night. Maybe the thick crust would have been the way to go. Milano is worth one more chance but then, if the experience is the same as this time, there are lots of alternatives that provide a better product for the same, or less, price in Ottawa

Ordered online tonight and half of the order was missing. We selected cash as payment, but the delivery guy had no change and also didn't have a debit machine. The food that we did receive was sub-par.

Great food, small place, very friendly and fast service. Not kids' friendly, we were a big group with many kids, almost filled the area... The pizza looked great but i did not taste it , friends say it was amazing.... We ordered the breaded cheese curds, tasty and the amazing Newtine, which id poutine and mushroom, the best poutine i have ever had so far..... The bathroom needs some attention though.... Other than that i would definitely order from there again

Took the kids for a bite, and ordered the margarita style.. Its juicy and thick , one slice is all it takes to fill their stomach . Good value food

Fast service and pretty good pizza. Service was very cordial and prices normal, so it's a pretty good place for a quick pizza bite.
