Burger King - Ottawa

Definately stepped it up in the last 2 yrs, foods always fresh dee-licious! Friendly staff! Check out the coupons you get in the mail, you can get a tin if food for under 5 !

I rarely eat at burger King, but Wendy's had locked their doors at 5 pm; I walked up at 6. Burger King was open, steady stream of cars at the drive-in, no customers inside. I walked up to the counter and was promptly served. I had questions about the menu which were answered. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was told it would take 6-7 minutes to cook and be ready. I was then kept up to date a few minutes later. Food was good. They had one of those pick your own flavors soda machines I really like. I was very satisfied.

The service at this restaurant was incredible - fast, friendly, and efficient, despite there being only 2 employees on duty and a busy crowd of customers. We will definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again.

The staff was somewhat friendly. When I inquired about the difference between two sandwiches, the waitress seemed bored and appeared to have explained it many times before. The service was quick and the food was fresh. We dined inside and the restaurant was clean; we could have chosen any table and been comfortable. I sat by the window with a view of the drive-thru, which operated smoothly with only a slight wait for large orders. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

I hadn't been to Burger King in a long time and finally decided to go today. The Whoppers were delicious, the fries were excellent, and we loved the drink machine where you can choose from a variety of drinks. The manager and employees were very friendly. There is a new manager now.
