Food was very nicely presented and tasted delicious. Staff were very friendly, attentive and explained the dishes to us. It’s a beatiful setting and quite reasonably priced.

Average countryside restaurant pretty setting, but beware the mosquitos near the lake) Good local food , service a bit hit miss one of our main courses arrived long after we’d finished the others . Good home made desserts .

This isn't the 5 star restaurant that some older reviews suggest. Although the waiters, and owner, were friendly everything about it was average. This is a simple affair down a quiet road in the middle of nowhere. The drinks menu is very limited no spirits, a couple of beers (in fairness the St Benoit was very good) and then soft drinks or wine. But all three courses were frankly a little disappointing, with the pizza the most as we were hoping for crispy stone baked thin crust Italian, and just got a greasy doughy very cheesy pizza like from a normal takeaway. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing was particularly good either.

A friend of us recommended this restaurant and it was more then good! Massimo and his daughter are very friendly and run a well trained and fast team that provide good service. They serve delicious local dishes in a fast pace. Overall a great experience and we'll make sure to visit this restaurant again when we are in the area.

This was an Agriturusmo on an industrial scale: heaving with locals in sequins and wedgy high heels. ALL of whom seemed to be embraced by the staff. Plus many visitors, mostly holidaying Italians from Naples and the odd neglected and cross Brit from Chiswick. Quite slow service as it was so busy and many of the parties so huge we could understand that. But this had the least good antipasti of anywhere we tried: a platter altogether of about six different things, quite nice but a bit pickled and ordinary compared to some other places. The pastas were fine but forgettable (OH rated my ravioli higher than I did) and the dolce wholly delicious but took an hour to arrive. The whole operation felt a touch over rated and over stretched. But still quite a fun evening and not expensive.
