Pepe's Mexican - Oswego

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! It was served quickly and was incredibly fresh. The margarita was excellent—you could really taste the tequila. The service was also outstanding! This place is far better than Pepe's in our town of Yorkville.

The food here is consistently delicious, and the service is always welcoming. Be sure to try their taco dinners; they're absolutely the best!

When we got home, my other son started complaining of a stomach ache, and soon after, all of my daughters began throwing up. It was a complete disaster, and I felt so bad about it. Even my mother mentioned that her food wasn't right. I really felt for our guests who came to celebrate with us. We had ordered the lunch special, and it seemed like they just pre-prepared everything and warmed it up. We definitely will not be returning unless it's absolutely necessary for a family member or friend. If that happens, to be honest, I might just sit there and eat the chips, as they were the freshest thing on the table.
