They lose my business because they purposely do not answer phone calls I've been calling for a year and have not once gotten threw making it kind of inconvenient so I go to the one on galena... 100 better business there.

The pizza was good but they stay forgetting to add sauce with the breadsticks and most of the breadsticks in my order where raw

Placed an order in-store. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes. i waited inside the store. few minutes later, another employee asked if I've been helped. i said yes and he checked. didn't say anything. 20 minutes later, i asked if my order is ready, hesaid yes and proceeded to help me. i asked if it's been ready for a while, he said I'm supposed to come forward and ask for it.I didn't appreciate that response. I even said thank you at the end, i thought they would thank their customers too, he didn't.

You're losing my business because I've been calling for a year and they never answer the phone. It's become quite frustrating, and I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm going to Galena, where there are definitely better options available.
