Fly Chicken Torggata - Oslo

I was disappointed with my first visit to this restaurant. I was expecting something more like KFC but ended up with chickenberries instead. The portion size was small and not worth the price of 150kr for 3-4 pieces of chicken, fries, and some side dishes. Despite being hungry, I would not recommend this place. I paid around 20 dollars for my meal and a drink. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the service was okay.

The experience was awful. The chicken was of poor quality and flavorless, almost tasting like raw chicken. The options for mayonnaise were limited, and the truffle mayo did not complement the chicken or fries. The fly hot sauce was nauseating, with a terrible smell, appearance, and taste. The only discernible flavor in the Caesar salad was bacon fat. The burger was mediocre, not great but not terrible. We spent 50€ and it felt like a waste.

This restaurant offers the best comfort food! I have been traveling around Scandinavia and enjoying the fresh seafood and local specialties, but sometimes you just need some fast comfort food. I had never been to this place before, so I asked the man at the counter for a recommendation. The loaded chicken fries were highly recommended, so I decided to try them. I was hungry and short on time, so this dish was perfect for me. I highly recommend it! The use of chicken thighs makes the meat juicy and the fries are crunchy and flavorful. Smart choice on their part!

A good start before, but now the quality is terrible. we ordered sharp hot wings and these came out of oil and full of fat.

The food is great and the special sauce is really good if I have a chance I will definitely be back.
