Panera Bread - Oshkosh

Absolutely absurd. Food is amazing but the staff at the Oshkosh WI location is horrible. My family and I came in 40 minutes before closing and orderd. smoothies. Then one of the employees said that they shut down the cold drinks. We asked and they said they can’t cause it takes a long time to clean up. What a bunch of bull! Whoever the manager is better step it up or quit. This is it a good look.

Ordered delivery for one of our offices, and there was a pick-up service with the doordash delivery. brianna immediately called to tell me that her catering manager delivered the order itself so that it could be there in time.

The service at the counter was 95% efficient, although I was a bit slow to order as the cashier seemed distracted by another employee. The food was excellent! I ordered 2 soups and a sandwich. I really enjoyed it! The chefs were friendly and made jokes at the pickup window.

Amazing service! we went in and were offered free cookies because they were a bit overdue. they were great! we then had a problem with our gift card we wanted to use, and their team members went beyond and beyond to help with the situation. we will definitely come back!

Panera is my go-to chain restaurant in Oshkosh. The food is consistently excellent and the service is always good. Recently, when there was an issue with my delivery order for the first time, the team manager Sadie was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to correct the mistake. Thank you, Sadie!
