Pizza Factory - Orofino

They were super busy and our pizza took a little longer than expected, but everyone was cool and the pizza was great! Shout to Rick, who took care of us while we waited. Solid staff, good food and obviously the city is wheel!

The dough was made fresh after ordering. Friendly staff. A little pizza was good enough to skip dinner! Toppings were fresh and meat tasted great.

Not worth your time. Yesterday I tried their fettuccine alfredo with garlic bread, which was just terrible, but today I figured I'd take a chance on their pizza. Ultimately, the pizza itself wasn't bad, but it took a full hour just for the staff to tell us that somehow they lost our order, and it was never made. Take the time to find a better restaurant, or your night will be wasted here.

Surprisingly good pizza! In a little town known more for its fine ore than its Italian cuisine, one would be forgiven for being skeptical. Although shorthanded, the place is clean and the limited staff members are friendly and efficient. The steady stream of take-out and delivery orders suggests a reasonably large and satisfied clientele. I 'll be back.

Ordered a pizza for delivery on 05/15/22 on The Pizza Factory website. The confirmation stated my pizza would arrive in approximately 45 minutes. One and a half hours later I called to see where my pizza was. No answer, no machine. Called two more times, no answer no machine. I drove to the busines and found a sign stating they were closed because of refrigeration issues. Their website charged my card. Closing for the day is fine. But, leave a message on your phone and stop your website from taking orders.
