The Beach Bucket - Ormond Beach

While on vacation In Ormond Beach recently we decided to take a short walk down A1A to a secret little hideaway, hidden behind the Ocean East Resort Club, for a little breakfast action! What we stumbled upon was simply glorious for anyone local orvacationing who would love ocean views and the sweet soothing sounds of the Atlantics waves crashing on the shore while enjoyingan outstanding meal.... WITH impeccable and friendly service! It was a beautiful morning so we decided to sit on the back patioto take in the salty air and ocean views! It does get a little hot and bright, so prepare for that...BUT, totally worth it! Weshared the Chorizo Benedict (Toasted English Muffins topped with 2 incredibly seasoned Chorizo sausage patties, perfectlypoached eggs, covered in a creamy rich Hollandaise sauce with a dash of paprika) PLENTY TO SHARE! They even split up theportions for us! When I tell you the home fries were the best I've had, I MEAN IT! Crunchy on the outside and golden with acreamy potato center! They coat them in a special seasoning which makes them even more unforgettable! We MAY have ordered asavory Bloody Mary (which they rim with such a different type of salt mix that I could not figure out the flavor profile! Icould put that salt concoction on ANYTHING), They have a full bar open all day! They also serve lunch and dinner! We willdefinitely visit again when we travel to the East Coast FL beaches! Do yourself a favor and get your BEACH ON!!!! Pics are ofthe back patio, most of the breakfast menu and our more than delicious Chorizo Benedict! The yolks we like golden seas ofdeliciousness! Tucked away behind Riptides and attached to a hotel, it's one of the best kept secrets in Ormond Beach. The outside deck is the perfect place to listen to the ocean and grab a cold one. The staff is stellar! Attentive on time, but laid back, so you neverfeel rushed. Stay awhile and you'll meet a local or two. We love it can't wait to go back! Try the Buckets, you'll thank melater.

Nice spot for a semi-quick bite. Menu is kinda small. Most options include fries. Just a little on the basic side. Drinks are great and not watered down. If you?re staying at Ocean East you can get 10% off your bill

Place was great! Came a little too late for breakfast. Had Bloody Marys anyway (delicious)! My spouse had Fish Taco, grilled and I had Fish sandwich, also grilled. Very good and nice portions. Really liked their cole slaw. Lovely outdoor area with verycomfortable high top chairs. They also have regular chairs/tables of the same design. Picnic tables right at the front nearestthe water. Inside area too, but we didn't spend any time there.

Went for breakfast and enjoyed it. We were able to sit at a table outside, kind of a deck, beachfront. My husband had the Chorizo Omelet and I had a Ham and Cheese Omelet, which I enjoyed. I loved the taste of the coffee . It was a relaxed atmosphere, great weather, and great service from Cody! We'll be back!
