They do everything right here. From wines to the entrees to customers service to the atmosphere. Sydney,our waitress, was amazing. Very knowledgeable in the menu as well as the wines. Her attitude, service level and attentiveness are top notch. I definitely want to go back and dine there.Food: 5/5

Absolutely awful service! Such rude staff! We sat for around 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from anybody. When I politely asked a passing server if we could order some drinks he was extremely rude and accused me of attacking him! Luckily we left after his outburst. I definitely would not recommend taking your family here.

Absolutely amazing, great service and staff all freshly made and fabulous the wait is worth it. We reserved a table at the wrong restaurant and they were quite gracious.

This place is lovely inside! I made a reservation for 6:45 and was sat 5 minutes later, not long of a wait. The service was alright. Unfortunately forgot our ID’s and I believe it made our waiter a bit hesitant to serve us to the best of his abilities, he seemed to be dodging us after the mishap. As a server it made me feel quite uncomfortable.Otherwise, the fried ricotta was amazing! Definitely a must try. My boyfriend ordered the meatballs and absolutely loved them! I ordered the vegan sausage pasta with a side of pesto, as all the vegetarian/vegan options all come with the same red sauce. With the red sauce alone it’s on the bland side but amazing with the pesto! My boyfriend got the chicken pesto ravioli and was pleasantly surprised by it. The closest to an upscale dining experience in City Walk. Perfect service, outstanding Italian menu black ink seafood pasta is delish great wine choices. It is not the cookie cutter industrial meal found everywhere else within the confines of the Universal complex. Well worth the visit.Kid friendliness: For well behaved children, the experience is optimal. I appreciated a calm meal.
