Planet Smoothie - Orlando

Usually they always make my smoothie as I like, but recently I have made the order online to show and always lacked something or not removed. But overall is a really good place.

Delicious smoothie, service was fast and fruits were fresh. This place was not in the Planet Smoothie app for online ordering. So you have to order in the store. Parking is a bit busy because the strip-mask is a busy place. So beware of small parking.

I loved going here because it was convenient, the only place that could make a propper Java the Nut, and the staff were almost always friendly except a few that didn’t last long but now I see why. This location made the employees work almost a week without proper AC and failing coolers (my smoothies tasted off) had a chest cooler in the front lobby for two weeks which you could see into and it didn’t look clean, and did very poorly with how they treaters their staff from what I had learned by talking to the employees before the surprise remodel.

Prior to the new ownership I visited this location for the first time I met a great employee Jonathan super friendly and excellent customer service. It was definitely an experience to remember. When store reopened I was excited but couldn’t help but notice Jonathan was nowhere to be found. I was told by a current employee, planet smoothie new owners refused to rehire Jonathan due to him asking for a increase pay rate. Very unfortunately for that young man he was great energy and I am sure he will find greater opportunities elsewhere as well as get his required pay.
