Restaurant bewertenExcellent service and very good food. We ordered the 5 course menu and it was very good, but I think it's better to order exactly what you want. It is authentic Spanish food and in some cases with a modern twist. You can see the pictures you get with the 5 course menu. Good selection of wines too. The only drawback was that we had a reservation, and we were there on time, but had to wait almost 20 minutes, the same time as people just walk in. So, what is the point of getting a reservation?
This was a first visit, but the experience was quite brilliant! Recommend this tapas restaurant for those looking for variety and taste of Spanish dishes. You have three separate kitchens in the restaurant so that your meal can come in some unexpected orders, but it is worth it! You have a tasting menu where the cook chooses it all if you don't have your mind what you want, but I recommend you try one of the paella dishes despite the longer waiting for them because they are quite exceptional! Only the complaint I had was that the one Pasta Paella was a bit hard to scratch out the plate as she held a bit on the plate... Definitely give this one shot when you are in the Disney Springs area!
This was our first visit and there were no disappointments! At the beginning we could sit immediately, although the interior was full, we ate on the back terrace! The view is beautiful and in the night there is a cool breeze. We wanted to share some dishes to try all tasting. The tomato bread you give is so delicious that you want more. The shrimps in the oil with garlic melted in your mouth, which was my favorite! I recommend the attempt of paella, which was very tasteful was a decent portion to divide between 2 or even 3 ppl. The dish had no fishy taste I preferred, and the meats and shrimps were decent. Overall great experience and our waitress was the one who recommended the goat cheese Dessert because it was bomb with one side of strawberry and she was right! Perfect size to share. After all, the red Sangria had illuminated me and it was very good!
Definitely a good choice when you are in the Disney Springs area. We had several courses, and we were impressed every step of the way. The drinks are well balanced and even the servers were accurate in their recommendations. Even more precisely than you would expect to leave a good place to all in the group with something they are impressed. A bit more on the expensive side, but a good place to really get a fine culinary experience while not compromise in quality. The waiter was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When it came to the restaurant decoration and general atmosphere, it was satisfied and felt well maintained. Try to sit outside when you can get a beautiful view of the lake.
Where do I even start with Jaleo! Their service and food quality is superb. I currently live in Jacksonville and drive nearly 2.5 hours (each way) once a month to have lunch here. This has become my go to spot to bring friends and clients alike. Carlos, one of their managers, is hands down one of the best people I have ever had an experience with at a restaurant. His attention to detail is worth noting and he always times everything perfectly. From delivery of water refills to bringing appetizers and the main dishes or desserts, I never felt rushed or uncared for. As a Muslim, I have a few dietary restrictions, including not being able to have pork or meat that hasn't been prepared a certain way. Carlos took the time to understand my religious dietary restrictions and always had the best recommendations for seafood and vegetarian options. Additionally, he had a great understanding of palettes and will always give me the best pairing of foods, especially dessert, to finish up a meal satisfied and wanting to come back for more. Overall, I will continue to come back here.
