Lucy's New York Style Pizzeria. - Orem

The service was slow. you need to cut your own pizza, pack your own utensils, pack your own dish and clean up for yourself and others. they ask for a tip to make their pizza, that's it, not customer service. with four people who work was not much service. the place was dirty, I didn't see anyone cleaning or cleaning tables. pizza was definitiw no real new yorker pizza, had much better.

This place was amazing and authentic, for utah, called ny style a year ago. it was our way to the big pizza. Now it has become forgettable. we loved the marinated olives. ordered a month ago and they were not the same, bad badly tasted. the pizza was also a bland miss that I suspected we simply did not order and forgive the right ones. yesterday evening had ordered a margarita with cheese pencil, not impressed. käsestock was waxy cheese over tasteless bread. the pizza? an insult to italian, new york and could not be called margarita. imo the size of this pizza is the simpleness, but burst of taste. that was a full one, just to fill your lily. too much cheap wax cheese without taste. the sauce was red, but that's all that resembles the sauce. the tomatoes were not ripe, and its summer tomato season! (which there are possibilities to manipulate the fruit to draw taste) they were colorless, tasteless and were hard....yes hard. then I asked about something extra pfeffer because I needed something with a taste, and they were feeding for plastic condiment cups. I get money, but really? I should have exchanged the bad cheese bread in exchange for the paprika, because I just wanted to taste something. I hope I really hope these young people can turn the corner and come back to what they were over a year ago when they were deaf and worth money. I don't think I like a third chance. Come on, be just a pizza bottle, be the amazing one you once were.

Lucy?s delicious! I've never been disappointed when I eat here. the pizza is huge, the new yorker style disc size and chest width is good in new york limits. my wife loves the Margarita pizza and I could go there for everything. I stopped a fast bite on Wednesday and got a calzone. the thing was huge and cost only $7 with two types of cheese and a topping. Of course, I added more to it, but it was totally worth it. I usually hear between 1 and 3rd it is not too busy to get this time so they get an excellent service relatiw fast. I wish they would bring back the breakfast pizza. that was probably my favorite. are they looking for a great place to grab a disc? this is your place!

I love Lucy(?s) my family and I have been here for years and it was always incredible! but I wasn't about a year. a few things have changed.? no wait for placement (no big thing) no olive and oil with order (type of semen,) but no teller and cute with eating is a little lazy. they have a spot with paper plates and serviettes. all the above mentioned things are not a big thing and I am picky, but the problem I had is the order of a beer and it comes half full foam and after that it was a legit half beer. I don't understand how to pour beer out of the hahn alone, so it's understandable. I have. ask them that the beer is cut off and it was simply replaced by a new beer that was almost full. So thank you for a beer and half and for the amazing eating! Maybe a little workout while pouring beer and maybe they go back as they used to! but I will still support you and eat your pizza. 5 stars with my rant. cheers

They lost my business. expect them to pay $70 for a cold meal. it is a dull in, but expect to operate the whole experience. from sitting, grab her to clean herself. usually this kind of thing is not a big thing and can be done well. Lucy?s not, and I doubt they'll find out. the service here used to be good. with appetizer and a free dish olive and pickle out before the meal. Your pizza is served when it's hot and ready. you need to set up for your food, wait an hour to pick up cutlery, serviettes, teller yourself.? and when your pizza is finished, they will tell them a summer so they can pick it up on the window. it was hardly warm and through my second piece it was cold. the cheese sticks we had ordered came after we finished with the pizza, and the free olives and pickles are now 3 dollars and are not filled again. for a 70 dollar meal not worth it! so expensive for a bad experience.
