There was a hair in my sub, but didn't wanna blow up so ate it anyway

Ordered via their app, saying I'd pick up at 1:30. But at 1:30 the sandwich was cold. No outdoor seating (in October, at least), and the TV inside audibly played ads the whole time.

Ordered at 1pm at Firehouse Subs on Labor Day. The owner took our order and repeated the order back to us. Two chicken sandwiches on white. We got our lunch home and started eating it. It was not up to usual standard. We eat there often and always recommend it. The bread was wheat, not white. There was very little chicken and very little lettuce. The taste was off.
