Carl’s Jr. - Oregon City

Went through the drive through for breakfast and ordered biscuits and gravy as well as other stuff. Whoever packed the gravy didn't put it in the sealed container like the other restaurants in this chain. They just gooped it on top of the biscuits. The container is not a sealed container and it was placed at the bottom of the bag. The container leaked all over the inside of the bag and soaked through the other food as well as the bag covering the seat. Mind you I don't live 5 minutes from this location. This is the third and final time this has happened. I don't enjoy sticking my hand into gravy and certainly don't like having to clean my seat. This is unacceptable and poor business. I tried to call them to complain and nobody would answer the phone with five calls. In the past when this happened they didn't appreciate my complaints and were rude. I will never give location my business again. Poor service....and a mess I have to clean up. Corporate has been notified.

Surprised that the food was good .I don't eat fast food.

Western Bacon needed more bbq, but other than that was still pretty good.
