Boston Pizza - Orangeville

We made a reservation for our son's birthday celebration with family on the first day the restaurant opened after lockdown. Tony and his team were incredibly accommodating. The food and drinks were delivered smoothly, and they even boxed up the remaining food to our specifications. The pizza received many compliments. I want to commend the professionalism and patience displayed by Tony and his team in providing excellent service. Well done!

The food was meh service was better kinda reminded me why I generally dont eat at Boston Pizza not horrible not memorable just average

As a general rule I don’t complain to staff if the food sucks, I’ll just pay my bill and won’t go back. I definitely will not go back. I ordered water for the first time in my life at a restaurant to choke back my dinner. Seriously.

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat, the restaurant was packed. We had a table right away and ordered a drink and debated even ordering food because of how busy the restaurant was. We ordered and the food was at our table within 20 minutes! We ordered a chicken club and Thai chicken wrap, fries and salad. Our server was excellent, the server was knowledgeable about gluten free and the kitchen made our food the exact way we asked!

I went for lunch while on a business trip in Orangeville. I was staying at the hotel in front of the restaurant and it made sense to go there. The outdoor siting area was lovely, staff were very nice and helpful and the food was ok. Its a chain restaurant so it wasn;t out of the ordinary but there was plenty of options to choose and thats always good
