Mcdonald's -  Orangeville,

I stopped by for a quick meal after grocery shopping tonight. Only one of the three girls working had my order - a burger and a drink - on the screen, and it took them 10 minutes to prepare it. All three girls appeared to be under the influence of drugs, as they seemed to be unfocused and confused. The management should address this issue with their staff.

The steaks are not consistent and sometimes take too long to be served, leaving the food sitting for too long before being served.

The chicken patties were served ice cold. The store was closing at 6pm, but I placed my order at 5:51pm. If you are not willing to make an order so close to closing time, please communicate that to customers. The sandwiches seemed to be geared towards children and one of them even had a bite taken out of it. I hope that the staff can improve their work ethic in the future.

I use this McDonald's most days of the week and I have to say that the staff are the greatest, they are so friendly and helpful it is a pleasure to go in there.Ken ......

Nice place and great service but it's very strange that this McDonald's always has no decaffeinated coffee and no updated menu, it's a shame when you come here and can't eat your favorite Egg BLT
