Blue Sky - Orachha

Stopped for simple lunch, just a dal and a couple of nan. What could be bad about that. Not bad perhaps but the most disappointing dal we have had in India. Grubby place and dirty glasses. Not worth a visit.

This is sadly one of the worst experiences i have had in a long time when it came to food. The staff is polite, no doubt, however the food that we ordered wasn't edible. Maybe it was because of the 'Japanese' cuisine that we ordered and did not have the pallet for it or maybe because the what we were served was raw (i am not talking about sushi!) and had more than required cumin seeds!. I wouldn't recommend this place. One could have a cup of tea/ coffee or a drink at the tree house which, in my opinion, was the only good thing about this place.

An unappealing restaurant from the outside, this is a typical scruffy restaurant. We went on a very quiet evening with no great hopes but the food produced was delicious and all cooked fresh. They couldn't have tried harder, the staff were very helpful and we had a great, extremely cheap meal.

From the outside it looks like a typical rooftop place in Orchha. It’s close to the bus station, but that doesn't make it any noisier than the rest of the restaurants in that street. We had some excellent food and the owner "went the extra mile" to get us or favourite drinks. Recommended!

Rooftop restaurant. The place is basic, the food is good, the view is nice and the staff friendly. Had dinner twice.
