I received this tiny hotdog in a kids' meal from Sonic! Please don’t bother offering a replacement or a refund; I won’t be coming back to Sonic again!

Easy access and Service. Side Note. My family experience only : We always order small size. Because medium and large same content as small. They just charge you more for same quantity as small.

My order was incorrect. I requested an Oreo Reese's Master Blast along with large chili cheese fries topped with bacon, ranch, and jalapeños. Instead, I received a regular Oreo shake and large chili cheese fries with just jalapeños and ranch.

Great service, the best service I have ever seen at a Sonic.

I went to get an ice cream cone and a burger. Since I'm deaf, I couldn't use the speaker, so I got out of my car to place my order. They told me they were waiting on fresh patties. When I finally received my order and got home, I found the burger was messy and cold. The buns were soggy, and the tomatoes were mushy.
