Just simply fabulous. I used Wes and their chef services to prepare a private (in my home) gourmet meal for my wife's birthday. They were very helpful, walking me through the different course selections and the wine pairings. They literally bring in EVERYTHING, flatware, china, wine glasses etc... Wes comes to your home, prepares all the courses, educates you on the wine, the food you're eating, how it was prepared, it was just flat out fun!! If you have never done this, you should try it out. Its a great birthday present for that special someone or event.
