I had never heard of paragon and a friend recommended it very much, so my man I decided to go. I loved the atmosphere; rustic, exposed bricks, candles on the tables, very comfortable. our waitress was great; she had several tables we all enjoyed. I loved the menu selection, but it was expensive compared to other comparable restaurants we were. they have a cocktail called prickly pear, it's a must! it's so good! My friend and I met at a late dinner on Friday night. it was our first time to taste the restaurant. our waitress was very well known and helpful when recommending weeping and dishes. we had every house salad, decent size. I had the faroe island salmon wonderful aromas and textures. highly recommended. my friend had the roasted sweet primavera. Unfortunately, she was not so happy with her court, as there were quite noodles in comparison to sweet. overall, great experience. my only complicity would be the free choice and price range. my salmon was $34 and I have in the regular salmon in other comparable restaurants where the price is at least 5$10 cheaper. maybe two more...read more

Eating was amazing with a great atmosphere, had a great time!

A fun relaxing place to go. the location dundee is perfect for paragon. the food and the service are the pointed notches.

I had birthday. the waiter was worth knowing about the menu and the wee. when he was not, he asked the bartender who knew her craftsmanship. the price was appropriate for the offer. menu had something for everyone, but the faroe island salmon was made perfect. Maybe the best I ever had. the atmosphere was great, not too loud or too quiet. would certainly recommend everyone and would be interested to check their brunch.
