Restaurant bewertenNever ordering from this place again. They dropped my food, didn’t completely wrap the burrito. Not to mention I barely have any food in my bowl. Pretty much charged me for something I didn’t receive and didn’t answer the phone when I called. Poor service and lack of professionalism. Normally I overlook things but this happened several times before. They will no longer continue to receive my money if they refuse to honor my request which are reasonable. All I wanted was my food.
The ground beef looks like **** but it taste good, the food is good and the customer service is better at night usually.
I love Moe's Olive Branch, the manager of dayshift is terrific. However the food is changing in the worst way. The food is not covered and a fly was making his way. Also, the selection is always missing a item. The workers are lazy and act as though they do not take pride in serving you. The manager and the young lady named Huey are the best. If they are not there I definitely do not want to be served. The flies are a issue also. It was once a nice place to eat...smh
March 2 2024, Saturday 11:30 A.M. we ordered 3 bowels normally we spend $60+ and an usually have a good experience but this time the not pleasant especially when I order the third bowel I was given a half spoon of rice not even a full spoon of corn or chicken an as I ask questions the young lady (white) had an attitude like she really didn't want to fix my bowel and slid it on down before I finished telling her what all I wanted. It took me 5mins to get to my house only to have my food completely cold and Guacamole completely hot. I didn't mind paying extra. But the service I received today I want be coming back. And I want is a refund it . I'm won't be going back
This restaurant also refused to refund my money even though I didn’t eat the food. They kept trying to blame door dash who placed the blame back on Moe’s.
