Restaurant bewertenHorrible customer service,very rude and not professional. Was given the wrong donut after specially saying what donut i wanted. Oh and i didn’t get a straw.
I visited the said shop and asked for a large coffee and a donut.Usually they charge donuts only 1/00 if it is complained with coffee , and I asked senior discount also.They give me seniors discount of .25But they did not reduce the donut price from 1.69 to 1/00I noticed that once on sitting on my car verify the ticket I found that and asked the lady on the counter, happened be the Manager of that store.I informed in advance I don’t want money back , but being a senior person charge you should have consider little bit nice way. Then she is on rude way talking to me that I am the manager , we can offer only one discount, that is seniors discount.Then I start talk to person who did the billing, at that time she interferes that I am the manager.I completely dis satisfied the behavior of the staff at this Dunkin shop.
Didn't even close the bag of donuts or put a sticker for security for my door dash order..
Literally everything I tried to order that was featured on the menu they didn’t have from the new coffees they plaster all over claiming to have to even a simple smoothie for a child . I literally sat at the drive-through menu for over five minutes having to change my order to different things for them to just say we’re out of that to each thing until I just gave up . Don’t stay open if you are not stocked and nobody can get what you advertise. Ridiculous.
Coffee was gross tasted like it was made with regular tap water.Parking: If you’re on the opposite side of the road you need the make 2 U-turns.
