Restaurant bewertenCame in for brunch about 90 minutes before closing. It appeared that two tables were empty but needed to be cleared. We were told that they were very busy and no tables were available. When asked the duration of the wait we were told it could be a while as they were busy. We decided to get a couple items from the bakery. We were next in line to be served when the parties left the dining room and were served ahead of us, including bakery selection. We purchased 3 croissants and left.I am not sure what was amiss, but there were four empty tables when we left. I guess they do not really want bunch customers on Sunday.Parking: Small lot with about 12 spaces.
Brilliant little breakfast spot. The food is incredible and the service was excellent.
What a pleasant surprise! We have been visiting our son for years who is part a program for disabled adults. We are foodies and have never been impressed with any food on the shoreline. This brunch was beyond all expectations! We will definitely be back.
Such a sweet little find! Everything was delicious!
Nice little spot in Old Saybrook that is worth checking out if you like French cuisine. It was quiet in the morning and not too crowded. The atmosphere inside puts you squarely into a little French bistro. The menu helps cement that feel. The service was good, but as it slowly filled with customers and only one waitress, it got more difficult to get their attention. That almost didn't matter as I was obsessed with the coquette I got.Highly recommend.
