5 Agaves - Old Hickory

Great lunch with family today at 5 Agave. I had fish and shrimp ???? fajitas, For had chili relleno, taco, Katrina had steak and cats, and grandma had Shrimp enchiladas.

Our server was great! The food was ok, but I hear great things about this place from others.

We tried this place for the first time. We won?t go back. The chicken items were ok but way too salty. The dish made with beef, we aren?t even certain it was beef as it was the consistency of ground dog food. The chili pepper was soggy and tasted like it was spoiled. We were looking for something better than Taco Bell and found worse. So many other great Mexican restaurants around, no need to eat at this place twice. Disappointing for sure.

This place looks like a dumpy little joint from the outside but a friend of mine insisted we go. And now I love it! Its authentic Mexican food thats delicious and the service is friendly and great! If your ever driving thru Old Hickory STOP HERE! You wont regret it!

We found our new favorite Mexican restaurant! Great service, prices, and of course margaritas! The food is delicious too!
