Taco Bell - Okotoks

Clean restaurant and friendly staff, but PAINFULLY slow service. I waited over 15 minutes for a single menu item but decided to walk out and abandon my order instead of asking for a refund, too bad I can't give zero stars. I probably won't be returning anytime soon.

I guess getting orders out fast is better then correct, the person running the drive thru was decent but just trying to rush and get the orders though for 2 cars, and then theblady who gave me my food just didnt want to be there and it was obvious and made it easy to see why my order was messed

Great environment. The closest taco bell to South Calgary. Well worth the drive.

My Kingdom for a bean burrito! Remember the days when you would give your hard earned dollars over for something of equal or greater value? Well stop remembering… because those days are long gone.? When bean burritos were $1, It wasn’t a big deal when they only had a tablespoon of refried beans in them. Now a bean burrito costs almost $5. And more than their cheapness, this Taco Bell’s inconsistency bothers me most. Because once in a while, you WILL get a decent amount of beans. GET A SERVING SCOOP! And use it to measure a consistent amount of ingredients, so customers know what they’re going to get each time. At least that way, the customer’s expectations can remain low and the shock doesn’t infuriate them.

They gave us supreme fries and wow doesn’t have meat, 2 pieces of tomato. And the service so bad!!!!!! The lady who gave us our food was so mean, and when we ask for more sauce she said we should do it when we order(we did) she only gave us 2 sauces for to combos ?
