Restaurant bewertenOn my way out of town and needing an espresso-based drink. Stopped for a cap to go and it was very good. Didn't have much by way of baked goods when I was there (9 am.) Service friendly and looks like a nice patio out front.
Nice alternative to Tim's or Starbucks. Coffee isn't the hottest because of the carafes. The pastries/muffins are very good and great value. Many people seem to purchase the wraps or sandwiches. All made on site.
This coffee shop is just OK but not at all fantastic. Coffee is just fine but not spectacular and pretty normal.
I took my two kids here for lunch one afternoon, as I had heard good things about this place. I was really disappointed with the unfriendly staff who served us, no smiles and a real impatient attitude. Then I find out that is the owner, ironic. The croissant sandwich is one I could have made at home, nothing special. The price was ridiculous, as well the hot chocolate price was just too high for hot chocolate. Lunch for myself and two kids (who shared the expensive croissant sandwich) was $32!!There are so many other alternatives, close by with reasonable prices and staff who actually seem happy to have your business.
Pleasant location, nice patio, friendly service and good coffee. Some pastries available. Being of european origins and having a great appreciation for pastry, they are not the most intricate or the best I've ever tasted but they are home made and fresh.
