Restaurant bewertenIt's sad if the ride through the window companion gives you the wrong amount, even after I repeat it before you give it to him. Then he gives me the wrong change. Gets an attitude with me because he can't read or count and the manager has to find out his mistake. Then I come home and my chicken is cooked. Too tired to go back so I just cooked it more in my air frit.
This place rocks when you get constant delays and the attitude to want simple goods like spices. I had to wait 40 minutes for my food once they told me it was 10 minutes for a delay. The word? I really don't know how they are? The place looks like a hurricane has just been through.
This place is not worth the money. They could not remember which drink was, did not give any sauce that was asked, and wept napkins and pushed them into the pocket. If you expect all you have ordered and to find that you are not good. I'm not coming back to this facility.
I was the only one who was okay. Waited 15 min just standing there and no one even recognized me how they were busy with drive thru and online orders. Finally, someone took my order and then my food was 5 minutes later. The guy who prepared my food was nice and the food was good. You just need to work on customer service. I guess next time drive thru is the way to go.
This has to be the worst KFC in Maryland. I keep telling myself not to come back here and months will pass by and I decide to give them another chance. I regret it every time. Employees not even wearing uniforms. Lights completely off outside. It?s a complete s% show every time you come. Order never correct. Why do I even try?
