Steak N Shake - Ocala

We have eaten here twice in the past two months and both times, we really enjoyed it. The dining area could have been cleaner, not that it was dirty, but it could have and should have been cleaner, just for comfort. The staff wasn't rude to us, but they could have been friendlier. We really liked the food, and it was very reasonably priced. Our meal came with a Flurry for only $2.48 more. we walked out very satisfied for $18.

The shakes are so delicious my favorite is the Banana? The steak burgers are always juicy and topped with everything you need. Friendly staff affordable prices

My drive thru experiences were awesome for the last 2 3 months on Tuesday and Wednesday night! andi made me a customer again. I had everything but abandoned on this restaurant almost 3 months ago when I stopped and had the BEST service I had ever had here. it was always great every week. keep them the great work and give andi an increase for their great customer service!

I would like to make an evaluation for the location in silver springs, but it is not even on the map. is the worst steak n shake I've ever been. it was a Saturday night and the place was empty. but almost everyone was dirty. only two employees, and even if it is to be open until 10 o'clock, they were released at 20 o'clock because they didn't want to take anyone with them anymore. my order was all grounded and the pommes were old and taste like very old dirty oil. what a miserable place to eat, and I'm such a fan of it. but this never place again!

This location used to be great. We came in earlier this week and found all ordering was done at a kiosk on a computer. We like menus where we can see everything at one time to decide what we want. Didn’t even know where hot dogs were. No indication. You won’t have long waits here because people won’t like ordering this way. Can you imagine a lunch crowd waiting to order from only four machines? The day we were there was at 11:30 and there were only about 8 people there, if that. Parking lot was almost bare. (Should have been a clue to us. . Used to be almost full. That ordering system is not going to work. We won’t be back.
