Mcdonald's - Ocala

This is the second time that we have stopped at this mcdonald in the last 6 months and were not satisfied. both paints the personal was incredibly rude and the restaurant seems extremely underused. the orders were taken only on kiosk, there was only one work. for the first time, it took 20 minutes to the regular baroque. this time our food order has taken an excessive time for us. both paintings, as customers commented on the length of time to get our food, the employees were rude and told those who complained not to come back. I'm not gonna stop here.

The lady who works could not make the order right. she added what she wanted to order. then we come into the window and she has charged us for the wrong order, whether we get right and if the manager went to do a refund, he has not even calculated us our full refund back. we have cut almost $12 to our refund. I'm so disappointed at the service we have today.

Long wait for the payment. for the first time I had a soda that tasted like a kind of chemical coke and sprite.) terrible!

Mcdonalds I've been there before. eat badly. I love the next and every time I go, I convince myself, it's mcdonald's, they all taste the same, but no. somehow, he found out the secret to get rid of fries, burgers and drinks. Last time we went, I ordered the app and had a bulk delivery. they brought me a half-filled medium dr. pfeffer and forgot the ice. I waited for 18 minutes on mcdonald’s! I'll never go back. until I do.

Long wait inside and drive-thru. Front-line staff did make attempts to correct the many mistakes with orders.
