KFC - OAKLANDS PARK

Located in the biggest shopping centre in SA at Westfield Marion. Decent KFC, gets very busy at times with long lines and mo waiting areas without getting in the way of passing foot traffic. Food is decent and priced like any other KFC

Although the customer service was excellent the product on this occasion was terrible. The chicken was dark and oily, I had a leg, breast and wing and my wife had a thigh, leg and wing. The breast and wings were very dry and the rest was just terrible. A pity as we always enjoy our KFC and have not had any problems at our regular stores Fulham and Welland.

Understaffed!! 1 poor girl serving a huge line of people. Gave great service, while some young guy out the back doing absolutely nothing kept coming out to look, walk around and walk right out the back again.

Young staff poorly trained. Saw a server drop a serviette onto the floor, pick it up, and put it back in the serving area. Unsure how to process an Entertainment book voucher.

On this trip to Australia, we ate at both the KFC in the foodcourt at Marion Shopping Centre and the KFC restaurant outside. The foodcourt KFC was fine, with great service, fresh chips and good atmosphere. The KFC restaurant was very average a bit disappointing. The young guy serving us didn't know what he was doing, we heard him get told off for the way he spoke to my female cousin. They were sold out of three things we wanted, the food was extra greasy. Not great sorry, but I would go back to the KFC in the foodcourt!
