Only stopped to get a soda.. took a little longer than I'd wanted waiting in line cuz I was in a hurry, but no biggie.
I was told by the server that my chicken sandwich was supposed to look pink, implying that I didn't know what chicken should look like because I don't eat as much chicken as her. When I asked for a refill, I was informed that they don't offer refills due to the pandemic, even though it was November 2022. I found this excuse to be absurd and disappointing. Additionally, the fries were subpar, but I wasn't surprised by this.
This was my first time inside this restaurant in years. It has been remodeled and looks nice, but it is too small with only 2 registers. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and the cheeseburgers were dry. I came mainly for a milkshake, but they were out of milkshakes and cookies. A sign said they were coming soon, which was disappointing. I wonder what the kids think about that. McDonald's, get back on track.
I had a problem and wanted to talk to a manager, but she couldn't handle it because she didn't understand English. If you are in a supervisory role, you should be able to speak and understand English. It was a terrible experience and I regularly come to this location. How can you expect good customer service if you can't understand my needs or concerns?
