Restaurant bewertenI drop in to Marhabah Cafe whenever I'm in downtown Oakland. The food here tastes great. I've tried a few of their sandwiches and one of their plates and have been pretty happy with everything. Their falafel and hummus are top notch, and the staff are all friendly. Pictured is the chicken pesto panini because it's the only thing ai remembered to take a photo of.Otherwise, make sure you try their Arabic Turkish coffee. I crave that pretty consistently and this is one of the few places who make it well.
Exquisite tasting food. So many delicious combinations and fresh flavors offered. One of the best in Cali. Service is absolutely lovely.
-did not wash hands prior to making our food/smoothie-they don't wear gloves even if they have a glove box -ice was scooped by his bare hands to make the smoothie-used his bare hands to splash tap water in the smoothie-used bare hands to wrap the shwarma wrap-did not have good customer service-never going back...
This place is disguised as Mezza Brunch&Lunch on Uber Eats...so beware! Order a veggie breakfast croissant, frappe, brownie, and dipped chocolate chip cookie for the crew. What we received was a small beat up croissant with spinach, egg, and american cheese, x2 white maca chip cookies, x1 oatmeal raisin cookie, a slice of unknown chocolate cheesecake(? , and a frappe (the only saving grace . Despite it not being what we ordered, had the random hodge podge of deserts been good I wouldn 't be in this review section rn...but no they were absolutely terrible. I could taste freezer/fridge on the mystery cake. 10/10 would NEVER recommend!
The food here is excellent, tasty, and somewhat affordable. Lamb, shawarma, and falafel are good. Service is so so. Some tables inside and outside. The TV's displaying the menu is terrible. You cannot read a thing.
