El Pollo Loco - Oakland

From 1 to 10, Food was OK not expensive, I will rate 6. Service, another 6, forgot to give me the rice and salad, also one of the cashiers was involved in a conversation with one lady. Cleanness, I will rate 7, bathroom didn't smell bad, but there were lots of papers on the flower.

I ordered the 8 pieces combi online. I arrived in 20 minutes, my whole food was packed into a bag ready to pick up. I approached the counter, said my name for my online. the bank was friendly. I am very happy with the customer service!

Not bad, but OMG the neighborhood is something else. Had to keep an eye on the car; afraid was gonna get robbed. Food is great, tasty and fresh.

I ordered the combination of 8 pieces online and it was ready for pickup in just 20 minutes. My entire order was neatly packed in a bag when I arrived. I gave my name at the counter and the cashier was very friendly. The customer service was excellent and I was extremely pleased with my experience!

I have the tacos al carbone and they were mediocre at best. The meat was very dry but somewhat improved by the green salsa they gave me. I also had the shrimp tacos which I guess were good, but the tortillas were so overfilled with cabbage that they just fell apart.
