Restaurant bewertenThe food was decent. My rating is based on the service. The server was rude and didn’t make us feel welcomed. From the moment we walked in, we received bad energy. I regret not just walking out. I won’t be going back.
Great nights always end at Azit! Low key Korean bar next to jaguar karaoke with huge portions perfect for groups and sharing. Fish cake soup always hits the spot!Food: 5/5
This one's for all the garlic guys and garlic girls out there. The Garlic Bossam here was so tender and bursting with garlic flavor. Azit is a pocha that serves delicious food for sharing and offers a fun night vibe to those looking for a soju spot. They have a decent amount of tables and it's great for groups/friends. Food: We got an order of their Spicy Carbonara Rice Cakes and Garlic Bossam to share. It was more than enough for a party of 3. The rice cakes were perfectly chewy and was drenched in the creamiest carbonara sauce. I think this is perfect for those who can't really handle spice as it wasn't too spicy for me. I like how it was packed with some stir-fried vegetables and ramen. Now onto the bossam... As a bossam lover, there aren't very many good options in Norcal. When I went to college in SoCal there was a plethora of Korean restaurants that served good bossam and I'm glad I finally found a place in the Bay with something even better! The garlic bossam is definitely for those who love garlic because the flavors really come through (even after your meal LOL). The pork was so tender and it was really juicy, the perfect fat to lean meat ratio. The banchan it comes with has a variety of kimchi so you can mix and match each bite. Service: The service is pretty decent, but we also came before it got busy. Parking: Parking here is pretty challenging because it's on Telegraph and they don't have a parking lot and street parking is limited. TL;DR They make bomb a food that pairs well with soju and it's great for sharing.
This spot is my fav late night spot in my neighborhood. The vibe is good and mad chill. My go-to is the pineapple cocktail soju, corn cheese, kimchi pancake, and one of the cold buckwheat noodle variations. It's some good a comfort food and the perfect good time at 11pm. Def a neighborhood treasure.
Not an authentic Korean food may be a cool spot if you're going for fried chicken and drinks with pumped up music playing in the background. This is not the best spot to experience traditional Korean cooking, though I can see college students coming here for drinks, fried chicken and bar-like ambience. (Just guessing. The staff was friendly but being busy I had to go up to the counter to request more napkins, water, etc.
