Dunkin' - Oakland Park

Fast. Customer service is courteous. Order of breakfast: medium cup of coffee l French vanilla w sugar cream, toasted croissant w bacon and ham was accurate. Hot and yummy both

What has happened to this place? It used to be great, friendly, and fast. I visited on a rainy Saturday and there were only 3 customers, yet it took 35 minutes to receive an ice cream and a grilled cheese. The cashier had the personality of a wet mop. Please don't let them become like the rest of the Dunkin's, they all seem to get slower. The whole point of this establishment is fast service. Please, for the love of all things coffee, I have been working in hospitality in South Florida for over 20 years, and this place now lacks any service mentality. It pains me to write this.

Recently, I tried out the new non-dairy strawberry streusel flavor of the month at a restaurant. My daughter opted for hash browns and apple juice. However, I personally did not enjoy the taste of the hash browns.

The manager, Crystal, is fantastic! She provides excellent customer service every day and always remembers my name, making me feel welcome. It's a delight to be greeted by her friendly smile and delicious coffee. The restaurant is very quick and efficient.

I visited a restaurant today on 4/2/22, after leaving Dunkin on 3960 W Oakland Park Blvd, Laud Lakes where the customer service was lacking. I decided to try the Dunkin Donuts at 1801 W Oakland Park Blvd in Oakland Park instead. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly. I received prompt service and ended up purchasing more than I had originally planned due to the excellent customer service. I ordered 2 Matcha Lattes, one hot and one cold, which were very tasty, as well as 2 toast with Humus and roasted tomatoes, which were delicious. I also got an old fashioned and a glazed donut. I left a tip and walked out feeling very satisfied with the overall customer service experience.
