Panera Bread - Oak Ridge

This very small portion of mac and cheese with bacon was over $8Worst value I have ever paid for any food!!!

Placed my order at the inside counter at 11:08 and I thought I was beating the lunch rush. I ordered a simple sandwich and soup. It took 22 minutes to receive my order which was ridiculous. It became apparent that their priority was drive-through and picked up orders. This really needs to be managed. I will never be back.

Ordered online. Never ate there before. If you all have never eaten there, you're not missing anything. Leaving it at that.

Just ordered delivery and my grilled cheese was cold, none of the cheese was melted, and it was the wrong bread. If I’m spending this much for a sandwich I want it to be done

Quiet place weekdays at dinner. Good time to meet friends for coffee or a snack. Coffee is fresh.
