Starbucks - Oak Park

I work on the street and my employees and I always get coffee with this dead. I don't know her name, she's blond and has a huge order that I had, consisting of 13 different drinks and she was just fantastic about everything. I guess she's working for the whole thing she does when we go there. she deserves a kind of raise.

Unfriendly and rude staff. They don't really acknowledge or greet you unless you're right in front of them and waiting to order. It's like they've never worked in a customer-facing job before. Place is usually kept clean and tidy though.

I would like to say as a customer who sometimes comes twice a day every day that you coworker carlotta shaw is great? I want to say how she is so kind and how hard a worker is she. she always smiles and has such a good impression that she always makes my drinks perfect? she is such a hard worker and deserves recognition for her work I wish that more people like her at dieucks hold a satisfied customer holding the great work carlotta shaw?!

Normally I would give this location a better score, but I judge by more than the coffee. I've gone to this location many times, but this morning I was getting change to give to a homeless person that was standing outside the Target. The lady with the fake braides refused to give me change for a $10 bill and had the nerve lie to me saying she didn't have any change. I watched her with the next customer and she indeed had more than adequate change to assist me as my prior co-workers at Chase Bank make daily trips there and most pay with cash. I went to the cashier at Target and she was more than happy to help me after I explained what I needed. When I went back to explain to the coffee lady She doesn't deserve the Starbucks signature title), she walked away from me as I was talking to her. I will continue to go to this location as I haven't seen her before and am mature enough to not punish a bushel over 1 BAD APPLE.
