Restaurant bewertenBackoos does a solid, sticky fried chicken with tasty sauce options. Crunchy tater tots are a nice way to mop up the leftovers. I've had the japchae (sweet potato starch noodles) also and they're very nice. It's a stretchier, chewier noodle and a great side. I'm a repeat customer and the food is good enough to eat your way around the menu. It's a better choice than the KFC that's basically next door.
Wanting Korean food and found this place on Google. Food was delicious, very reasonably priced. Only thing is that I wish the dumplings were hotter is all. Definitely will order again!
Ordered takeout from Skip. It was on time. The chicken was okay. I’ve tried various KFC in Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton. This one I just 5 out of 10. The source was a bit too salty. The chicken itself was not too bad. It was fresh. But that’s about it. The kfc price is also higher than the ones in Halifax. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
I was excited to try this Korean fried chicken spot close to my house but was very disappointed. The breading on the chicken lacks crunch and resembles something you would get at a bowling alley (packaging included). The chicken was also dry. The “potato puffs” are simply deep fried tater tots. The menu is very overpriced for the quality of the food you’re getting. Service: Take out
Always so tasty Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20
