A&w Canada - Oak Island

Sorry guys, I would have given you 5 stars but the table I sat at was DISGUSTING! I used a wet wipe to clean it and the brown stuff that came off was unbelievable, see pics. Management you need to deal with this, it's a hazard. Having said that, the All Canadian breakfast was superb, probably the best and freshest breakfast and coffee you can get for $10. I would be back, hopefully to a cleaner table next time.

I frequent this A&W and it is definitely the friendliest and fastest A&W around!! The wait for a beyond burger is always only a few minutes here, compared to the 10, 15, sometimes 20 minutes I have waited at other A&W locations! The staff are friendly and cheerful, and the food is always spot on!

Showed up went inside and went to the washroom and got ready to order after looking at the menu and was informed that the dining area was closed even though it was clearly vacant and I was in a motorcycle with my girlfriend so they lost out on a 30 sale as I’m not willing to eat in a curb outside the restaurant. Wont be back to this location even in my car. Staff were friendly though but just not good business.

Great experience, a little dirty but it was just after lunch hour so it's to be expected.

I've visited Dart.Crossings A&W twice in the past two weeks, and both times, I was disappointed by the cleanliness. The restroom was in terrible condition! I observed one of the staff members wiping down tables, but she only cleaned the outer edges. The glass on the front door was also dirty. The only worker I noticed washing their hands was a woman named Dedra, and that was on both visits. Many of the employees don't speak English very well, but that shouldn't excuse unsanitary practices. I hold management responsible for not emphasizing the importance of cleanliness. At the A&W that used to be in Woodside, Dartmouth, there was always someone cleaning around the customers, even before the pandemic. It's disappointing to see such conditions allowed to persist.
