Loby's Grille - null

Watched waitress that was delivering food, drop something on the floor picked it up off the floor then put it on the food tray she was delivering to customers. She came to our table twice with someone else's order. Then when we received our food they had the order incorrect. Took food to the back and switched the bread. My daughter found 6 pieces of hair in the food. When letting the waitress know, she brought us our bill and never returned to our table. The to go order that I ordered for my husband also had a hair in the burger when he was eating it. I will never return to the location on 30th St. in Canton OH. I wasn’t looking for a discount or anything, but maybe an apology about the service and mix ups. Didn’t know if they thought we didn’t have money but that wasn’t the case at all. Regardless of the service we received, we still left the waitress a 30% tip. It would have been more if she returned back to our table. Shame on this restaurant, I will not be back to this restaurant at all. You lost my business.

Service was soon slow waited for 40 minutes just for a burger.

The sauerkraut balls are the best I've ever had! Come at night they're half off!

Awesome love the burger and fries for $5 service was great As always the staff is Beautiful friendly and Polite they have such a wonderful attitude great place

Onion were over cooked twice the sauce for the was the worst a lot of money for what we got not going back
