Cc's Coffee House - null

The drinks were fine. However, when I asked for a drink carrier a girl named Kenzie just glared and rolled her eyes at me and told the girl next to her, “you heard that… my only job is bar so im staying right here” and said “yall making my life difficult.” I get it can be busy and frustrating, but it seemed like she was making all of her coworkers uncomfortable and it was rude.

Waited 15 minutes at the pickup window with only 1 car in front of us. Watched as the car in front of us placed new orders paying with cash. After waiting the 15 minutes our 1 coffee order was not ready when we pulled up to the window. Ended up leaving without our coffee.

I’ve always gone to this place for the E22. I started getting light ice and they gave me less. So I was told they could fill it up with milk or extra shot when I get less ice. But this is not acceptable… getting less ice doesn’t mean I get this less lol

Like most fast food franchises it's a hit or miss, yesterday was waiting for a small black coffee (dark roast). they're quick to take orders then excuses for delays and/or the making. I had to wait until after others behind the line came first and asked if I wouldn't mind being topped of with medium roast...ugh. two strikes and one hit as my wife's order was correct and timely. realized most people don't want just a coffee at these places...
