River City Smokehouse Temple Terrace

It is about 3.5 stars BBQ place. It is newly open restaurant. They share the same place of Ava's Cuisine. The place do not have the inside seating. It only has the outdoor seating. Two table 4 chair not too much of shade. Basically a take out place. You can order inside and wait outside. I got City sampler. It has pull pork, brisket, and sausage. The dish come with two sides and garlic toast. The side choices are baked bean, coleslaw, Mac n cheese, potato salad. May need to give them some time to develop more favorable sides. The pull pork and brisket are moist. It is good enough BBQ. The sausage is pork sausage I have selected. Price is a bit expensive. It may Ned to adjust to local average to get more customers. It also need to think if they decided only the take out place, price may need to further adjust.

Cold, very bad experience. Small portions, food was dry and old. Mediocre even at best BBQ. When inquired to find more information found out this food service business is coming out of a home in Riverview.
