Firehouse Subs - Novato

We had a great experience at dinner with friendly customer service! The atmosphere was chill and the hot sandwich was fantastic. We would definitely come back and support the local fireworks event.

I was recently invited to dine at a restaurant where a portion of the proceeds goes to local first responders. I agreed to go in support of our first responders, only to later find out that only 5% of the money actually goes to them. When I asked where the other 95% goes, I was told by the server that the restaurant also needs to make a profit. This seemed like a greedy scheme to me, especially considering I paid $13 for a sandwich that had very little filling. I will not be returning to this establishment and urge others not to support it either.

This sandwich shop is great. They take care to prepare your sandwich neatly and correctly. Just a tip: their sizes can be a bit deceiving. A small is more like a very small child size, a medium is a standard size, and a large is more like an extra large. The shop is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

That was a nice experience. The staff who helped me seemed like they were in high school or in the early years at college to gain customer service experience. They were both so ready and helpful to me. The order lasted about 5 minutes and it was so delicious! I ordered a hot sandwich, the bread was soft and warm, the meat was juicy and tender. It wasn't busy during my visit at 7:00. Definitely recommend a visit here.

I bought about 20 different sandwiches for my crew at work. I will say they did an amazing job putting it all together. Of course each person had a different order and they kept it all together. My staff was very pleased
