Uk Chicken Pizza - Nottingham

Order as soon as possible shortly before 20 o'clock and said delivery in 2 hours! 2.5 hours, when not arrived and was said, will be half an hour. now this time passed 3hrs 30mins since order and nothing yet! definitely will never use again! not even a polite call to say will be too late! the second time should have learned the first time. everything it needs is courtesy and honesty. was to drink driver, but unfortunately does not happen now due to lack of organization, he was so apologetic .. came cold 3.5 hours after ordering, ate only a piece pizza and partner ate some of his kebab

I was order number 4067294 and was told an eta of 8.28pm but at 8.50pm I rang to ask for an eta which I was told there's been an accident locally and I'd have a delivery within 20 minutes....35minute later a finally get my food which was cold. The pizza had to go in the oven and the chicken wings went in the bin as I'm not trusting reheating them. I realise the delay isn't your fault at all but clod food was a first from you!

Do not order from this place on a friday night! Nearly 3 hour wait on food cause there busy is absolutely disgusting espically when the manager is also too busy to speak to you on the phone (ALEX). why take on so many orders if you can't cope with them all, you need to get different staff in who no what they are doing and a better manager who will be willing to speak to you and not just pass on a message to say he is busy bang out of order.

Always ordered from here until tonight, kebab was freezing cold and hardly any meat. Offered a new one but waited 40 mins nothing, ran up to cancel, no offer of a refund and hung up on me. Wont be ordering here any more, and with price rises rip off AVOID! Order somewhere else.

Food was very poor ordered salad and sauce on a burger got nothimg i asked for. chips where hard and probably been cooked twice my daughter had chicken it all went in the bin will not be ordering from that place again food is not worth consumption. I gave 1 star but really doesn't deserve that
