Nonna Mia's Kitchen

I have had nothing but wonderful food and service at Nonna's. One of Joburg's little Italian gems as far as I'm concerned.

Had the most scrumptious margarita tonight!!!! GR8 START TO THE WEEK.

This restaurant is located in what amounts to not much more than a hole in a wall. Atmosphere is therefore non descript. You can eat in but they not geared for it and I wouldn't recommend it. I'll usually phone in and collect but this month end still ended up waiting a good 9 minutes. They were busy. Worth the wait though. Pizza is on point. Getting a little pricey but pizzas are big. I battle to finish a medium.

The service, efficiency and friendliness is always on point! The Pizza is of a consistently high quality and absolutely scrumptious. Every time I have placed an order and went to retrieve it I am pleasantly welcomed and tended to. Great service and food guys! Keep it up!

I had a horrible food experience yesterday at the Parkhurst branch but the customer service made up for it. After complaining the manager got back to me within hours to offer me a sincere apology as well as a a free meal to compensate for the experience. Thank you so much Nonna Mia, customer service goes a long way. See you Tuesday for a pizza :
