New World Chinese Takeaway - Norwich

I have been a customer of New World for 38 years and it is the best Chinese restaurant in Norwich. I place my order at 5pm when they open and it always arrives by 5:20pm. I have never had to wait longer than that. The food is always hot, well-cooked, and delicious.

What is the point to order a meal. to get a ranerslot. to call to check where their order is half an hour and last time I will use these Chinese.

Nice eating, but the service and delivery time is terrible, we often wait over hours for a delivery, but will not be as we have now enough. time to find somewhere else.

Order them from here every week about the bigfoodie app. and each time we have to hunt them. the app gives an hour before delivery every week, we wait hours. they don't care about their bad service.. I gave them enough...I'm going to go from now on elsewhere!

Mixed starter mini spring rolls had virtually no filling, chicken balls had a large piece of processed bun surrounded by thick teig, I have never known a chinese to make meerweed taste so bad, the sweet and sour sauce was the worst thing I have ever tried. rupture deep roasted bark with ooze, it was just ok, definitiw not order again.
